Q: Can your dimmer switch be controlled by multiple points?
A: Yes, Our dimmer switch currently can do 2-way dimmer switch, but you need to buy at least 2 pieces（TW-GL86ZTD11,TW-GL86TDI11,GL86TD12）
Q: Do you have switches for multi-point control?
A: Yes, our smart light switch supports multi-control association.(Both WiFi and Zigbee series）
Q: Can your dimmer switch form 2-way with a light switch?
A: No. The dimmer switch can only be connected with the Dimmer switch, and cannot form 2-way with other switches
Q: Can your smart switch use voice control?
A: Yes. All of our smart switches can be controlled by voice through Alexa, Google Assistant, and some switches support Tmall Genie, Xiaodu, Yandex
Q: What should I do if the switch does not work after installing the upper panel?
A: Please do not turn on the power when installing the panel. You can try to disconnect the power and wait for 30 seconds before restarting. Please check the orientation of the iron plate, the side with the letters CE and RoHS is the backside
Q: What should I do if the blue light is not on when the product is installed?
A: Please use the electric test pen to check whether the wiring is electrified
Q: Does your smart touch sensor light switch need a neutral wire to install?
A:We have a different versions, with/without the neutral line version, support multiple wiring methods

A: Sorry, Our item can’t work with them now.
Q: Can your smart light switch work with Smart Life Tuya or Google Alexa?
A: Yes, it can work with them.
