BSEED propose actuellement quatre séries de produits : Melody, Echo Click, Echo Grand et Scale. Les produits de différentes séries ne peuvent pas être mélangés.
Série Melody :
Le panneau contient une plaque en fer, contrairement aux composants internes. Il permet de placer jusqu'à cinq produits sur un seul panneau.
Série Echo Click :
Le panneau ne contient pas de plaque en fer, mais les composants internes en contiennent. Prend uniquement en charge les panneaux à large cadre. Il permet de placer jusqu'à cinq produits sur un seul panneau.
Série Echo Grand :
Le panneau ne contient pas de plaque en fer, mais les composants internes en contiennent. Prend uniquement en charge les panneaux à cadre étroit. Il permet de placer jusqu'à cinq produits sur un seul panneau.

Do switches require a neutral wire?
For a normal switch, it doesn't need a neutral line. For a smart light switch, we support versions with a neutral line / without neutral line light switch version. For a socket, it requires a neutral line
Can I control my smart switches remotely?
Yes, you can remotely control your smart switches or sockets. However, if the Wi-Fi signal is lost, the device may go offline. Non-smart products do not support remote control.
What is the difference between a dimmer switch and a regular light switch?
A standard light switch can only turn the bulb on or off, whereas a dimmer switch allows you to adjust the brightness to suit your needs.
Can switches and sockets be freely combined?
Yes, on this product page, you can freely arrange the sequence of switches and sockets to create the combination you need.
