Q: What if my WiFi switch can't connect to the network?
A: 1. Please check your WiFi signal, our switch supports 2.4G Hz signal network.
2.Please check your router capacity, home general WiFi network generally support 10-15 WiFi devices, high-end router netware can accommodate more than 15 devices.
Q: What should I do if my switch is blinking?
A: Please check your bulb power, bulb under 7W may flicker, please choose bulb above 7W.
Q: How does WiFi enter pairing mode?
A: Please press and hold the switch until the yellow light blinks rapidly.
Q: How to reset the WiFi switch?
A: Please delete the switch in APP then long press to reconnect.
Q: What should I do if my WiFi switch always drops out?
A: Please delete the switch, disconnect the power and re-match. If it is still offline please test it with a cellular hotspot.
