The team has always been quick to respond and consistently offered practical solutions. In my view, a good company is measured by how it handles the problems that inevitably come up — not by whether problems occur at all. Congratulations, BSEED, and keep up the excellent work!

The customer support is fast and effective: an item was missing from my delivery and was very swiftly expedited. Thanks!

I really love the modern and simple design❤️ They look great, I would love them in different colors or personalizable

Customer Service is simply great. The quality is not necessarily top notch compared to Homematic or others, but for the price much better than you would expect
