Series Choose:
BSEED currently offers three product series: Melody, Echo, and Scale. Products from different series cannot be mixed.
Melody Series:
The panel contains an iron plate, while the internal components do not.It supports placing up to five products within a single panel.
Echo Series:
The panel does not contain iron plates, but internal components contain iron plates. It supports placing up to five products within a single panel.
Scale Series:
Does not support customer-defined assembly; only supports individual products.

I didn't find the product I wanted

Why is my panel unresponsive or not snapping in properly?
Ensure the metal plate is not upside down (blocks contact); Ensure you turn the power on only after the panel is installed.
What if I can't determine which product series I need?
You can take a photo of your existing products and contact our customer service to confirm.
What are the main differences between the Molody and Echo series?
The Molody series has a separate iron plate, requiring the switch to be placed in front of the socket. The Echo series has an integrated iron plate with the insert module, allowing for flexible combination of switches and sockets.
Do I need to pay for shipping and customs duties?
Generally, BSEED covers shipping and customs duties, except for some remote areas.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping from China typically takes 7-14 business days, and shipping from Germany typically takes 2-8 business days. You can also choose DHL Express for an additional fee, which delivers in approximately 5 business days.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are supported within 30 days of package delivery. For returns and exchanges not due to quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Order information can be changed before the package is shipped. There is a 1-year warranty; free replacement will be provided for any quality issues within 1 year.
