Simple Operation And Easy Installation
Step1 Removing the Panel Cover.
Step2 Follow the instructions to connect the wires properly.
Step3 Tighten the screws on both sides and release the clips to secure the socketh to the wall box.
Step4 Cover the cover plate in order and tighten the screws to secure it.

How to choose?
Series Choose:
BSEED currently offers four product series: Melody, Echo Click, Echo Grand, and Scale. Products from different series cannot be mixed.
Melody Series:
The panel contains an iron plate, while the internal components do not.It supports placing up to five products within a single panel.
Echo Click Series:
The panel does not contain iron plates, but internal components contain iron plates. Supports wide-bezel panels only.It supports placing up to five products within a single panel.
Echo Grand Series:
The panel does not contain iron plates, but internal components contain iron plates.Supports narrow-bezel panels only. It supports placing up to five products within a single panel.
Scale Series:
Does not support customer-defined assembly; only supports individual products.

Why do switches without a neutral line have an ‘N’ point?
Switches without a neutral wire support both installations with a neutral wire and those without; you can follow the wiring diagram.
Where should I look for the wiring diagram?
You can check the ‘Manual & More’ section on the product page, click ‘download’ to find the user manual, or contact customer service to obtain a copy.
Can smart roller shutter switches be used for linked control?
Yes. You can find ‘Multi-Control’ in the mobile app and link it to the products you need.
Do smart switches require a neutral wire?
We offer two versions: one with a neutral wire and one without; you can choose the one that suits your needs.
Can smart switches and non-smart switches be configured for two-way control?
No, smart switches can only be paired with other smart switches to form a two-way circuit, whilst mechanical switches can only be connected to other mechanical switches; switches of different types cannot be used to form a two-way control circuit.
I couldn’t find the smart 2-way switch
You can purchase smart switches and set up ‘Multi-Control’ on your mobile phone to enable 2-way and 3-way control.
Does the automatic return switch support two-channel control?
Not supported. The auto-return switch only supports one-way control.
