Questions:My device on the app stays “Off line”?
Answer: The new added device needs 1min to connect to Zigbee HUB. If it stays off line for a long time, please judge the problem by the Zigbee LED status:
Zigbee LED quickly blinks one time every second, device failed to connect to your Zigbee:
(1)Maybe you have entered wrong WiFi password.
(2)Device is too far away from your WiFi. Please take it closer.
If still failed, try to open a mobile hot spot and add again.
Zigbee LED quickly blinks twice every second: Device has connected to Zigbee but failed to connect to server. Please check your network connectivity.
Note:
You have to cut off the power and during the installation.

Q: Can your Zigbee dimmer switch be controlled by multiple points?
A: Yes, Our Zigbee dimmer switch currently can do  2-way with zibgee dimmer switch,but you need to buy at least 2 pieces

Q: Do you have switches for multi-point control?
A: Yes. Our ordinary touch dimming group can make 2/3/4 channels with a group of 2 channels, but you need to buy at least 2 pieces

Q: Can your dimmer switch form 2-way with light switch?
A: No. Ordinary touch panel 2-way dimmer switch can only be connected with ordinary touch panel 2-way, and cannot form 2-way with other switches

Q: Can your smart switch use voice control?
A: Yes. All of our smart switches can be controlled by voice through Alexa, Google, and some switches support Tmall Genie, Xiaodu, Yundex

Q: Can your smart switch turn off the backlight?
A: At present, the switch of ZigBee series cannot turn off the backlight

Q: What should I do if the switch does not work after installing the upper panel?
A: Please do not turn on the power when installing the panel. You can try to disconnect the power and wait for 30 seconds before restarting.
