Why can't I connect my device correctly?
Please confirm that you have connected to the Zigbee gateway.Our product currently only supports 2.4GHz networks. Please check if your router is dual band. Please use a mobile hotspot to test the connection.
Does your switch have a backlight?
The blue backlight will be on when the wiring is successful. Allowing you to notice Our touch switch clearly in the dark.
My roller blind cannot be fully opened or closed.
