How to distinguish the types of floor heaters:
Underfloor heating systems are categorized into electric, water-based, and boiler-based systems. The primary way to differentiate them is by examining the heating device installed under the floor. Electric heating systems are suitable for underfloor installations such as heating cables, heating films, heating tiles, and thermal mural systems. Water-based systems are used to connect to NC/NO type actuator systems. Boiler-based systems are used to control the boiler heaters.
What are the differences between different heating systems:
Electric heating heats up and dissipates heat quickly, making it suitable for small areas and localized heating. Installation is simple and maintenance is convenient.

Note: A Regular Touch Switch can only work with another Touch Switch and will not work with other series Switches.
A Bseed 2 way Touch Switch can only connect with another Bseed 2-3 way touch switch.
A Touch Dimmer switch must be connected to another Touch Dimmer Switch.

A: Yes, Our dimmer switch currently can do 2-way dimmer switch, but you need to buy at least 2 pieces（TW-GL86ZTD11,TW-GL86TDI11,GL86TD12）

A: Please do not turn on the power when installing the panel. You can try to disconnect the power and wait for 30 seconds before restarting. Please check the orientation of the iron plate, the side with the letters CE and RoHS is the backside

A: Please use the electric test pen to check whether the wiring is electrified
