There are two ways you can search for products.Navigate through the website to search by category.The second way is to use our search box.Type in a keyword to have our shopping cart provide products that match that search term.

All of our products are made in China unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

1.Do you ship worldwide?
Yes,we ship worldwide and most countries support free shipping.
(other countries need to pay extra shipping cost.)

2.Where you ship goods from?
Normally we ship the goods from China.Meanwhile we also have Overseas warehouses.It depends the situation of the warehouse.

3.What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to most countries about standard mode of shipping,including CNE,DHL,FedEx,Yanwen,etc.And for other shipping modes, will be charged according to their actual billing standard.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts;

Processing time:Order Verification,quality check and packaging.All orders are sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.The manufacturer and logistics provider process the orders,which takes an additional 2-4 days.

Shipping time:This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Which usually take between 3 and 25 business days to arrive at their destination,and sometimes it will take longer.

5.How do I track my package?
You can track your parcel via the confirmation Email.Also,you can click “Track my Order”link on our website.

Returns&Refunds

1.What items are returnable?
Within 30 days of order date.
In original condition:resell-able.
Unused or undamaged.
In the original packaging.

2.How do I return a product?
Once you notify us that you wish to contact us via email for a return.We will email the return address to you

3.Return freight.
If you cannot prove the quality problem of the product, the return freight will be borne by you.If the goods are returned due to quality problems, the freight will be paid by you in advance. When we receive the goods, we will refund the freight to you.

4.What is your refund policy?

5.How will you refund me?
You can find our refund policy at the bottom of the site and the refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us.Please allow3-5 days for the funds to show in your account.

2.My payment was declined,why?
If your credit is declined there may be a few reasons:the card no funds available,you entered the wrong CSV security code,the card is expired,you entered the wrong billing information,the card does not allow internet purchases(card not present purchases)etc.In any event by calling your issuing bank call tell you why the card is declining.

Solutions:Please try again 3-5 times，or try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method.

3.How do I cancel my order?
Only unshipped orders may be canceled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by telephone.Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.
