Our deliveries are handled by APC. Orders are usually delivered within 2 working days.
During the delivery process, we'll send you 3 emails to help you to track your orders.
1. The 1st confirmation email once your order has been received.
2. The 2nd confirmation email shall confirm the items that have been dispatched and inform you of the expected delivery date.
3. The 3rd email shall be sent to you once you have received your items.
Please note that we only deliver to the cardholders billing address by default but if you wish to change your delivery address, please place your order as normal and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
* Please ensure that your shipping address details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
**Goods that have been attempted re-delivery after 3 attempts, not collected from courier collection or re-schedule, shall be returned back to us, any additional re-delivery charges and delivery charges for the return of goods shall be charged at the cost as invoiced.
